An electrical charge is the source of an electric field.

An electric force will exist mutually between two or more electrical charges; like charges repel, and opposite charges attract.

The electrical charge is a property of the object--that is ionized, or in some way having an unbalanced number of protons and electrons within the object's atoms. The electric force is a consequence--an interaction--of two or more electrical charges.

With only one charged object, you still have an electrical charge, but you do not have an electric force.
