Bearded Dragons are omnivores, meaning that they will eat veggies and small animals. Insects should be a daily staple of your Dragons diet and greens should be available at all times.
There is a huge selection of 'leafy' greens which are high in calcium to feed your Dragon, some of which are... kale, arugula, collard & mustard greens, parsley, dandelion greens and flowers, endives, radish, carrot and turnip tops, escarole and chicory endive. ***DO NOT FEED your dragons iceburg lettuce as is has very little nutritional value and may give the dragon the 'runs' - prompting dehydration.
Beardies also eat crickets, mealworms, wax worms, and possibly pinkies (new born mice).

Bearded dragons shouldn't eat "lettuce," not iceburg lettuce anyway. But there are plenty of other leafy greens that are beneficial as additions to a bearded's diet. When bearded dragons are young, it's important for their diet to consist primarily of protein (crickets, worms, etc.), but as they grow older, it's a good idea to make fresh fruits and veggies a regular part of their diet. As adults, bearded dragons should be offered fresh fruit and veggies daily, and recieve crickets as a supplement once or twice a week. You can also offer them a pinkie mouse here and there for a little kick of protein.
The best greens to go for are the dark leafy greens like kale, romaine lettuce, collard greens, mustard greens and bok choy. Other veggies like squash and zuchinni have a high nutritional value for these guys. So stay away from iceburg, it consists mainly of water and therefore has very little to no nutritional value. It's also known to cause diarrhea in reptiles.
Hope that helps!

They can, but it's not reccomended. Most Lettuces are mostly water. There's also rumors that lettuce can cause diarhhea in dragons since they have so much water in em. Yes Romaine is ok just because it has a very small nutritional value, but it's still better to go with better types of greens. It's also suggested you mix some squash in with their daily salad.
Kale, Mustard, Collared, Endive, Escarole are all great choices for greens. Butternut, Spaghetti, Acorn squash are good options also. I got a great site in my refrences linked for nutritional content of a whole variety of food.

No iceburg lettuce.
They should be feed:
Crickets, wax worms, not so much mealworms, etc.
Leafy greens such as escarole, dandelions, endive, mustard, and collards, NO lettuces or spinach! They aren't good for him.
Hard mixed veggies such as an orange flesh squash the harder the better(acorn,pumpkin,butternut... fresh green beans, fresh peas, parsnip, and green bell peppers, NO broccoli or cauliflower, or avocado!
Less fruit than greens and veggies. Fruit such as figs, papaya, mango, pear, and berries.

They can eat Romaine lettuce. Iceberg lettuce is just empty calories...they'll eat it but it has no nutritional value.

Iceberg is worthless. They need to eat green leafy vegetables. Romaine is OK once in awhile. I feed mine Mustard greens, dandelion greens, squash, peas, bell peppers.

If you have them then just try it, can't hurt em. I know they prefer crickets though. They actually enjoy live food, love catching it themselves. Hope they like the lettuce! Good luck!
