why do i get what feels like peroid cramps after having sex?

It feels like im getting my period 45 min to an hour after intercorse it dosent happen all the time but im concerned.

My wife gets the same thing. The best that i could determine is that the act of sex and the hormones that it released triggered a kind of mini-cramp

it is normal , because during intercourse, your Marcel is contracting, that is why you feel cramps
