I have a girl washing and taking care of some horses I have the problem when she gets around the two males they hang there godies out and she won;t wash they can any one help or does any girls ant a good paying job

Explain that if she wants to be around horse to get over it, and that it is natural. If she wont grow up you might want to get some on else.

Most males do this. I have about 34 male horses- geldings, colts, and studs that when out in the paddock together all hang theirs out at the same time. Some will do this when they're relaxed but most of mine do this as a challenge to the other males to test their man hood.
I guess it's sort of like when a guys in Jr High or High school where the biggest one is the king of the school- or in your horses case...the yard.
Explain to your groom you that you aren't asking her to pleasure them- just simply bathe them. If she's that disgusted with it then you need to find a new groom anyways- she doesn't sound like she's that experienced with horses if she's getting queezy over hanging penis's.

I understand her embarrassment. I was cleaning my stallion's sheath one day and some neighbor kids drove by and you wouldnot believe the tales they told around the neighborhood!
What is really embarrassing is when the stallions do m ore than just "let it all hang out" and do that slap against the belly thing. I'd advertise locally of the girl can't handle (no pun intended) the sheath cleaning.

lol, tell her to grow up. I have horses myself and they do the same thing, and I'm 14!! I'd love to help but I live way out in the boonies, so sorry. Really though, it's not that hard.

im 14 live in turlock, CA i love horses and know my way around them a job would be cool! but i doubt you live by me =[
