coughing and hiccuping might make him move down since it would be somewhat loud in there. Poking at him doesn't hurt him. If you handle some pain, sit on a chair and start to bend over slowly. Once it gets tight in your womb for him, he will turn and move around until he gets a more comfortable position. By the 7 1/2 month, he will be big enough that he will start to stay in the fetal position most of the time. At the 8th month he still start to turn his head downward and have run out of room to move much.

My son would like to stand straight up and his feet would be on my bladder and his head would be in my ribcage. He did a few times when I was 7-8 months pregnant.

Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! Congrats! God bless!

I had a being pregnant like that and my son ended up being in a transverse lie (a sort of breech place) requiring a c-section. My midwife informed me there wasn't an outstanding purchase which could be performed aside from a fashion called exterior cephalic version; she mentioned this infrequently labored and the situations it did seem to, the child oftentimes flipped returned into the breech place besides. i've got heard it is likewise especially uncomfortable and you're able to be monitored. i've got had 2 of those style pregnancies now. the coolest component for you is which you do nevertheless have a while to bypass and the child might settle decrease and get into the main appropriate place interior the weeks to return! with none advice!

Just wondering how far along you are...last trimester? I had my first child constantly under my ribcage during my last trimester...it is very uncomfortable. Sometimes, i could wriggle a certain way to get her to move, but usually, she was content where she was! I'm now 19 weeks preg. with my fourth, and she is always ontop of my bladder! Everytime i go to my Dr.s monthly check-up, when he listens for the heartbeat, i tell him to put the doppler over my bladder...and sure enough, there she is! You'll just have to grin and bear it! I hope you deliver soon. Good luck!

There is nothing that you can do. I had two under my ribs! You may have some relief when he drops but until then you will have to stick it out. Sorry, good luck with the baby.
