Each pregnancy is different in the way that your body reacts. Try a very supportive bra, that helps me a lot. Also lotion such as coca butter. I have put a warm washcloth on them and that has helped as well. sorry about your pains, but congrats with the baby :)

Breast tenderness can really get you down sometimes, so here are some tips on keeping those breasts nice and comfortable.

Wear bras that fit properly. Go to a professional at your department or maternity store to get measured.
Try to buy cotton bras, which will allow your breasts to breathe more easily.
Avoid underwire bras – they can cut into your breasts and restrict blood flow to the area.
When you exercise, buy a bra designed specifically for working out in.
If your breasts are sore at night, try wearing a cotton sleep bra.
Consider buying a bra that is a couple of sizes larger than you need at the moment. This will allow you to grow into it.
Take a warm bath to relieve swelling.
If your breasts feel hot or are throbbing, apply a cool facecloth to the area.

Mine hurt even earlier than that. Maybe it's because I had a boy. It's normal, so don't worry. If you're hurting really bad, ask the Doc about taking tylenol for the pain.
Congrats!

I had a boy and mine didn't hurt at all. Its the luck of the draw. They say you can try to ease the pain by using a hot water bottle, heating pad, or massage. This a job for the hubby.

It is because of your hormone level. Just be glad that they hurt. That is how I knew that I was having a miscarriage, mine were killing me and then all of a sudden they didnt hurt anymore. Good luck with your baby.
