At times we dream about deceased relatives or friends simply because we miss them. These dreams may be disturbing but most likely are a form of wish-fulfillment or are based on memory through which we relive old experiences. Some people believe that in dreams they meet up with the deceased on the inner planes and engage in "real" interactions with them. It is normal to miss and long for the people that we loved and that have left the physical body. Therefore, it is not surprising that they will pop up in our dreams from time to time.

My father is deceased. Usually means I am feeling insecure and a need of a reason why- if I dream about him.

When my father passed away I was 18 yrs old with a brand new baby. He never got to see her, but I dreamed that my dad and I was walking thru some rows of chairs sat up outside at his grave site, and in the fatherest row my newborn was in a carrier. He knew he had a granddaughter, and said he wished he could've seen her before he died, but didn't realize she was just a few rows back. Then my dream took me to a thrift store, where I was looking at clothes with my grandmother, and found a rack there with only his clothes on it. I was looking at his clothes wondering how they got there, and saw my dad standing in the center of the rack. He wanted to know why we had gotten rid of his clothes and said he wished he could've went to Tennessee or Alabama just once before he died. I was the only one who could see him in my dream.
Some one once told me if you dream of someone close to you after they pass away, that's their way of telling you good bye.
Funny thing is, he always wanted to move to them states to start a new life, and his clothes did get donated to a church, and he never got to see my daughter that is now 11 yrs old.

You want to spend time with him and you can in your dreams because he is not dead in your dreams, and you miss him and if he tells you he is happy where he is, then this is a farewell dream to you so you won't worry about him anymore and know that he is happy where he is.

urm you still got unsettle bussiness with him. maybe you havent tell him something. this makes you dream about him. your feeling to him also will making you dreaming about him.

It probably means that you miss him, and maybe that you still need closure, or that you didn't have any closure before he passed.
