Because I said so, that's why! No...the glue bottles are usually made of a substance that's not cohesive with the glue. For instance, Elmer's glue is water based, so it won't stick to the soft plastic that the bottle is made of. The water molecules in the glue keep it from bonding with the bottle.

It doesn't stick to the inside if it dries, it only takes the shape of it.
Some may stick, but the material the bottle is made of is resistant to adhesion by the glue substance. Not all glues are alike, however...

because glue blttels are coated with a speicel cream on the inside
