STILL need help wit pokemon sapphire?

i am at mr. brineys house and oh wait i am at slateport i have delivered the parts and . how do i get to mauville.

what route do i take

mr briney will only take me to dewford and slateport but how do i get maulville wit out useing the tunnel because i dont have Rock smash

To get to Mauville, you simply head north from Slateport. You pass through another route with lots of trainers and another match with your rival. Look out for the trick house; you can get good experience there. Also, be on the look out for Electrike, Gulpin, Pluslu and Minun.
