use a programming library like OpenGL or maybe DirectDraw or whatever. OpenGL is open source. Check out the nehe tutorial.

get you a black and decker jig saw and make stars, rods, wheels all sorts of things and spin them over your head and spin them down the streets and long the sidewalks. whoop it up you old wild indian. you sound pretty easy to please.
