Here are the Adidas sizes for Soccer Jerseys - Mens:
Small 35 - 37 inches
Medium 38 - 40 inches
Large 41 - 43 inches
X-Large 44 - 46 inches
XX-Large 47 - 49 inches

I am 5' 11'' and I wear a medium shirt, but they tend to be a little smaller than I like them.
If you are 5'6''-5'8''--> small
5'8''-5'10.5''--> Med
