Censorship is not beneficial anywhere. The people have a right to know the truth, and as one of the old US newspapers always said in it's banner, "All the truth that's fit to print"

That's if you are asking about publishing. If you mean DVDs and movies/TV shows, again, I resent not being able to see even one old Erap movie (he used to be a popular actor - you know). I also think it's totally stupid to watch the news or a basketball game with a notice Parental Guidance on the screen.

No form of censorship is beneficial, ever, in the Philippines or elsewhere.
