Um, Europe may have become Muslim, and thus no christian influence, no crusades, no spanish inquisiiton.

9-11 may not have happened, nor would the Holocaust. (The Umayyads were tolerent of Jews)

Europe almost certainly would have become majority Muslim for the most part, although small Christian minorities might have miraculously survived in a few places like they have in Palestine, Turkey and Iraq. We Westerners owe a debt of gratitude to both the Frankish (French) king Charles Martel and also to the Byzantine Greek Emperor Leo III, who defeated an Arab army at Constantinople 14 years earlier in 718. If the Arabs had won at either Tours or Constantinople, their conquest and Islamification of Europe would have been just a question of time.

For people in the Middle East, Islam is not necessarily a bad religion. They may be better off today morally, socially and economically than they would have been if Christianity, Hinduism or Buddhism had taken hold there.

However, Europe is a different continent and a different situation. The Western civilization that we in America so love, cherish and enjoy today would never have survived had the Muslim Arabs succeeded in conquering Europe. Despite some of the evils and flaws of Medieval Christianity, I think we would be more backward and unhappy today if the Muslims had won.
