I tried to click on the Mail Icon for Messenger, telling me that I have new email and it wouldnt let me get into my mail via that icon...it says " A previous install did not complete correctly. Finish install."
What does this mean, and how do I find the install that did not finish? I noticed it after I downloaded Mozilla Firefox...and I later removed it because of this error msg.
I hope someone can help me.

between the classes you uninstalled did not uninstall each and every thing. It sounds like it left something that promptly started while the workstation started. attempt beginning it risk-free mode, and modifying the initiate classes in msconfig.
