They said Communism would work, they were wrong.
They said tax-cuts would decrease revenue, they were wrong.
They said throwing more money at it would improve Education, they were wrong.
They said Reagan's defense build-up would lead to war with the USSR, they were wrong.

But notice how they never admit it?

So, are all liberals to be judged together as one? I doubt you would feel the same if you were judged by the actions of some of your fellow conservatives. Why is it easier for people to use the actions of a few to judge the whole? Personally when I am wrong, I have no problem owning up to it. While there are those who when confronted with their misdeeds, make an excuse not amends, everyone is not like that. There are responsible conservatives and liberals, Just as their are ignorant ones, of which there is ample proof here on YA.

Yes, as a matter of fact I just heard Hillary Clinton, as well as some other Liberals admit that they were wrong in voting to go to war in Iraq. And as far as Education goes, at least they didn't come up with an idea which was actually a "cook the books" to only make it look like no child was left behind. Thousands were left behind. Haven't heard George W. admit that Iraq was wrong even when his own father and his Generals who advise him have alluded to it. When are you people going to get it? It doesn't make any difference, Republican or Democrat, very few politicians will admit mistakes.

In a be conscious? No! be conscious the specious redefinition...good is supposedly approximately "small government"... beautiful! incorrect, yet beautiful. the main appropriate/left continuum is often approximately wealth and hard artwork and relationships to those factors. A good wing state could have a super paperwork, and certainly, imperial China had one hundreds of years in the past, as did Egypt. So a left wing state could have a small government, in spite of the reality that that's perplexing if it occurs to be socialist equipment (which Nazi Germany on no account became!) in view that that economic type is composed of possession of manufacturing and distribution. The final American conservative to surely decrease government employment length became Warren G. Harding, because of the precipitous end of international conflict I. however the very communique over that small component is beside the point. And sure, Nazis have been good wing, as became the KKK and especially much another xenophobic and/or racist business enterprise interior the international. yet they'll deny it until hell freezes over. The sage assertion, too, that Stalin became an outstanding winger making use of communism is, by potential of how, the traditional one coming from eastern Europe's maximum conservative historians, who don't have those problems unraveling the puffery and hog wash from huge numbers of sick-knowledgeable, mercenary loudmouths spewing nonsense over the airwaves. i'm uncertain I fullyyt consider the Russian prognosis, yet Stalin's strikes surely tutor the xenophobia so undemanding to the extremely-good symptomology. Of the thousand or so volumes I surely have examine on the Nazi regime, none describes them as something different than ultraconservative. and that they did, in basic terms as Republicans do here interior the U.S., decrease taxes on the extremely-rich and streamline regulation for inner maximum industries. No, they on no account nationalized an industry, and that i think of somebody additionally mentioned the oftentimes happening "privatization" of the armories and arsenals, albeit there have been lots extra desirable than 13, counting the rebuild stations. yet troublesome info and actual scholarship advise not something to the U.S. a techniques good. Their consistent shifting floor definitions produce a dialectic much like the "Ministry of actuality" in Orwell's 1984!

Who said communism would work?

Tax cuts... Bush has borrowed more money than all the other presidents in the history of the U.S. COMBINED. He has cut spending only in comparison to his last year's spending. Don't believe me, look it up. The Stock markets have finally returned to where they were when he took office, it only took 6 years.

Education - we have the dumbest kids in the industrialized world.
I kinda liked Reagan's foreign policy. It sped up the collapse of the USSR. But remember, they still have the same capability, and now it can be bought by people who have no restaint.

I admit it, I WAS WRONG!!! I don't exactly know what a
liberal is--but when I do know--I'm sure I will be wrong.
Yes, I'm just a lousy person and I can't really figure out right
from wrong, so I'm asking you to spell out for me in your
next question, just where I should go from here???
I looked up the word liberal in the dictionary tho: and it says,
a person who is generous and giving>a person who is not
narrow in his judgement>a person who is tolerant. YEP!
That's me! But I still guess i'm wrong.

How about when conservatives don't admit they're wrong?
- Thanks to Liberals in the early 1900's, they stopped the meat packing industries from packing rotting meat and rats. (Upton Sinclair's The Jungle). If Liberals are wrong, go eat rats. Because also funding has been cut by the Bushians for the Food and Drug Administration.

It's a little disturbing how unintelligent you are. Admitting you're wrong isn't a partisan issue. I've seen people from all areas of the political spectrum unwilling to admit errors. It's hardly something you can ascribe to one side alone. Why don't you get off your dad's computer and try learning something?

Silly question. I will give you one current example. John Edwards admitted he was wrong and made a mistake for voting for the war.

Besides I still see cons running around saying Iraq had WMD. That is delusional and not admitting when one is wrong.

you live in a black and white world...the real world is shades of gray and a rainbow of colors....Unrestrained capitalism has never worked for long either...

Personally, I've made apologies for mis-statements. I also do not attack without sound facts...I try not to twist the facts either...It seems that most Conservatives are unwilling to even listen to anything but their own agenda...Their agenda is based in religion and is against anyone not of their thinking. In "my world" Conservatives have a place...Do Liberals have a place in yours?
