I'd like my fillet medium rare and with it some Bearnaise sauce.
I would also like a side dish of asparagus with hollandaise sauce,
a baked potato with butter and sour cream/chives.
I'd like my salad with balsamic and olive oil.
To drink I'll have a nice Beaujolais... 1972 would be fine.
I'll also have a glass of unsweet tea, please.
For desert.... will you bring the cart around and an expresso?

I would like my steak rare to medium rare so it is raw enough to moooo when I cut into it, but not so raw that it can still escape me. I also would like a side of mashed potatoes too please!
