Diurex water pills do not make you gain weight. They help you to get excess water out of your tissues during your period and PMS.

I take them every day.

The only weight you'll lose is water weight. To really lose weight, you have to eat healthy and get regular cardio exercise (at least 30 minutes of walking a day).

I take these pills right before my cycle so that I feel less bloated. The pills help your body to rid (pee out) your excess water.

Be careful not to take too many or your skin will dry up and your kidney's will hurt.

it's a diuretic, meaning it will rid as much water from the body as possible. if helps those who are very overweight. if youre slightly it may help a bit. you lose the body's excess water by urinating very frequently. you will also experience dry mouth and possible fatigue.
