A big difference

The ground screw is the one that connects to the ground outside in case if their is a short circuit the electricity can be safely transferred into the ground.

The terminal screws are where the AC power comes from.

If you connect the ground screws to anything except the ground plug or the metal case then you will be wasting electricity trying to charge the entire planet, which will prevent your dryer from working and give you a huge electricity bill.

YES!!! The ground screw is to be used for the ground conductor (bare or green ). Do not use it for any other conductors. Do not attach a bare or green conductor to any screw except the ground screw.

Jesus, Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ground screw/ wire is probably green... white and black are AC..... DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WIRE IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE!!!!
