Download a program called Clean-Ram and run it. It is freeware so it just costs time, but what makes you think the beeping sound is because of your Ram?

The Ram problem means you should get more memory for your computer so you don't need to clean it. Find out what kind of Ram your computer uses, if you have a computer geek friend get her/him to help, then go to Yahoo Shopping type the kind of Ram you need and then have it listed by price and buy the least expensive known brand name card. (Your geek friend can tell you which is a known brand and which is an off brand chip, get the cheapest known brand)

While you have your geek friend there get them to figure what is causing the beeping, sounds like a stuck key on your keyboard.
