Decrease US Soldiers = weakness : Decrease UK Soldiers = victory?

Question

Why is the idea of fewer US soldiers a sign of weakness in Iraq, but the UK withdrawing troops in a sign of victory and strength?
Do you people actually fall for this stuff, or do you just go along with anything Bush says and/or against anything the Dems say?

Yes, the way politicians think is mind boggling. If the UK soldiers are fighting for democracy (?) in Iraq they should be dispatched to other trouble spots.

Different missions. UK soldiers in Shiite controled Iraq were bascially on like UN peace keeping mission. I don't think there was even UK death due to an IED. The Iraqi Shiites didn't try and fight the UK soldiers like the Sunni insurgents & Shiite Militias do in US controled areas. Be that as it may, getting all Western troops out of Iraq ASAP is still the right move.

The UK did a surge and they deceased the terrorists and now can withdraw troops. After Bush has his surge and kills the evil terrorists we will be able to lower our troop levels too.

I am sure you will be very happy when that happens.

i think of, whilst the army men helping the rustic , on a similar time as the rustic stories the national Calamities , mutually with Flooding, Earthquake and substantial disaster of the character, i've got faith pleased with Them. yet, on a similar time as they're Killing the different u . s . men in the call of Border Patrol, i'm no longer pleased with the army.

think of it this way, every country britain has ever backed out of has had a thriving democracy. the u.s, india, carribean. it just works. the u.s on the other hand, is the opposite. just take a look at poor vietnam.
