beef and broccoli is good, but chinese takeout usually doesn't put any flavor on their white rice...its very plain (unless you like it that way)

no cuz first of all, beef is a fatty meat, and rice has a lot carbs. the broccoli is good for you though. if you want chinese takeout, get something with chicken(which is a healthy meat), and alot of veggies. hope this helped!

The Beef and broccoli is quite healthy without the msg. The white rice is good for energy and marines.

Sounds good to me, bring it on. I especially enjoy broccoli cooked in this recipe. The broccoli is still firm and slightly crunchy so it has a lot of flavor and the sauce it is served in is yummy. All around a good healthy meal.

Depends on the sauce, if you have it steamed it's great for you. But better is if you have the brown rice. It's a better source of nutrients. White rice is a waste of calories and nutrition

I don't consider this a healthy meal.
1.Beef = red meat, high in fat (cholesterol), corn-fed, and full of hormones and antibiotics.
2. White rice = no B vitamins. It is pure refined carbohydrates and will elevate your blood sugar more than pure sugar would.
3. Sauce = high in fat, sugar, sodium and MSG.
I don't consider any Chinese restaurant food in America to be a healthy choice.
I have lived in China. Real Chinese food is varied, low in fat and sugar, tasty and appetizing, and is nothing like what is served in America.

Order the steamed chicken and veggies with brown rice. It's healthier.

Sure. Order it without MSG and don't put soy sauce on it if you want to keep the sodium low. Chicken would be even healthier.

Absolutely! If you want to take it a step further, ask for the sauce on the side and ad enough sauce to add a zing to your meal. YUMMY

Its one of the better.........white rice is better than fried..........the best if you order without sauce. To start, order with sauce on the side.
