The fundraisers idea is good above.

Another option. Organize a group of students who feel the same as you. Each student get an adult to be their ally. So now you have a group of students and adults. Together you can come up with an action plan. It should include taking this issue to the school board and taking it to administration. Take it to the press and take it to the mayor. But do it in that order from bottom to top. You might want to get petitions signed from people in your neighborhood, one for adults to sign and one for youth. Make a big deal out of it and the news will catch on, then you'll be in luck. Go about it in a diplomatic way. Maybe you can even suggest that for every dollar you fundraise the city has to match it. This will be a good thing to put on resume too for when applying to college. Good Luck!!!

try organizing fundrasiers to raise money for your school such as bake sales, car wahes, dances, anything!! My school has a big formal dance once a year and charges kids $10 a ticket to raise money. Also you could try to organize a pep rally at your school and charge $2 a ticket and you get to leave class. You could also have hat day and charge students $2 to wear their hat for the day if you are not already allowed. If your school does not already have a school council, then start one. Talk to a teacher, tell them your ideas and start getting people more involved. You could also talk to local businesses and see if they will offer scholarships or donations to offer more programs at your school.

Hope this helped. = )
