gloomy the first 10 minutes after I wake up, then quickly sunny, then hitting gloomy nearing lunch time, then sunny again during lunch until 3:00, then gloomy, then sunny when I get out of work at 4:00 until 6:00 when it gets to feeling like cozy weather. I'm a day of unexpected weather/emotions.

Sunny between 70-80 degrees. Not to too hot not to cold. With a mild breeze. Perfect weather for picnics and washing your car outside.
