Hey everybody. Does anybody know some simple remedies to get the bags out from beneath my eyes. I get TONS of sleep and i don't have loads of time to cover my eyes in cucumbers for hours at a time, so if anybody could help, i'd be ETERNALLY grateful.

The night before, put two tablespoons (the metal or aluminium kind...I'm not sure what they make spoons out of nowadays) in the freezer. In the morning, if you have bags take out the spoons. Put the hollows over your eyes or not the hollows. Either works well. The first is just to avoid frostbite. Hold until spoons aren't cold anymore, which is just a few minutes.

If you still have bags, Preparation-H really does work. Get the cream, not the gel.

If nothing works, this could be hereditary or an allergic reaction. Best you go visit a dermatologist and get a professional opinion.

Also, put on as little eye makeup as you can on your undereye side (except concealer) to avoid attention from your bags. Also don't use too heavy a concealer, because that will just put more attention to your bags.

Hope I helped. Good luck!

It's often a sign of dehydration and/or low iron. So drink up! and take an iron supplement or eat some iron rich foods such as: broccoli, apricots, asparagus and lean red meat.

For a quick fix cosmetically, I'd suggest a yellow tinted moisturizer under the eyes. A thin layer will do! Dab it in thin dots and tap it on until it's blended, do not rub!

Prep H is the answer. But get the regular cream in the tube. The cooling gel cakes up and get's, from lack of a better term, flossy under your eyes.

I've heard that putting soaked tea-bags over them for 5-15 minutes helps with this, but I've never tried it.

I use those gel filled eye masks. You put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then you put it on your eyes for 10 more minutes. You can do your hair while your rings dissapear! Good luck.
