My best friend used to be bi. Yet, now he is gay. I have a crush on him. I spoke to him about a few months ago, and he said if he could date me he would. He wouldn't have a problem with it. Neither would I. But, he is with his boyfriend and they are in love. I'm happy for him and everything, but will he ever fall in love with me or want to ask me out later on????????? He is a GREAT and very sweet, honest, protecting, and helpful guy.

I think this guy is confused. I found out my first boyfriend is gay now, and I dont think that it is looking in your favor for him falling in love with you. Do you really want to be with someone and have to worry if he is really happy with you or would he be happier with a guy?

Ok first off hes not really gay if he would date you he is Bi. Just wait it out most gay couples dont make it. Well my gay friends never make it more than a year. You may want to consider someone else because bi= confused and you dont want to fall in lovew with him and then him to decide he is fully gay that he was just confused. I would wait untill he truely desides if he likes women or men.

Well I don't think thats a question that anybody on here can truely answer. I'm sure if you all have been friends for some time that he already loves you but not in a romantic way. Not to be mean but don't you think that when he was Bi if he was interested in you like that that he would of brought it up?!?!

I wouldn't get too envolved with him like that if I were you. Right now, he's going through a stage of self identification (identity vs. confusion). It's one of Erik Erikson's eight stages. He's trying to find himself. He really doesn't know what he wants to be right now. Let him keep exploring. But remember, if he has a boyfriend, then he's probably doing some sexual things with him. If you ever plan to do anything sexual with him, remember to rap it up.There are several gay men that have gotten aids through their partner. Then when your bestfriend turns back straight (if he ever does)..then you might want to take serious actions on protecting your body.Make sure he puts on a condom or you put on a female condom.

Your friend already loves you, but the love you deserve in a real relationship is with a person that loves you for all you are and being a woman is part of that. Don't waste your time waiting for someone that can't be a total person for you. You will find the right person if you just let it happen.

My suggestion would be to just be happy for him because it is very hard to change someone's mind about that. Be good friends. We all have crushes on people, a lot of times it's a temporary thing. You'll get over it.

No! If he's gay then he's gay. It's not like a faucet that you can turn on and off! Just have to settle for being friends because that's ALL you're going to get out of him!

Sounds like he is still bi... not gay. Just wait it out. Don't try to come between his relationship because that is wrong and could have disasterous results on your friendship/trust. If things are meant to be, they will be. Hang in there.

if he is gay then that means he can not be with you emotionally or physically. if he's your beest friend then be happy he has found love. accept and respect his relationship and the fact that he will not be with you. respecting his relationship will save your friendship with him and keep down any uneccessary confusion. let him be,. if you have expressed your feelings and he knows it there is nothing more you should do. if he wants to be with you he will come to you. try meeting new guys and find someone that is going to return the feelings to you.
