Once when I was making tacos for dinner I happened to have opened a can of soft dog food prior and picked up what I thought was hamburger..big mistake. I thought it was nasty.

No but my husband and his little brother did. Their grandfather came into the room just as the 2 boys finished sneaking the last snack. "Those are dog biskets you bananas!" he told them. lol That is a true story. My husband tells that story often.

yes. It was a dog food store, and there were free samples of cookie looking things so you could see if your dog liked it or not (my dog is picky :P )...(They had yummy cookie looking shape, smelled like peanut butter choco cookies. I looked closly at them and they looked and felt more like oat cookies) I thought...hmmm those look delicious!!! (I was really hungry ok??) So i took one and plopped in in my mouth..I wondered why it tasted like bacon..Then i read the fine print on the label....

i have never eaten dog food but i did eat dog jerkey once when i was little. it has no flavor lol. i guess that means i DID eat dog food lol.
