Has anyone ordered magazines through LSS INC and not received them? If so what did you do to fix it?

The same thing happened to another person (as I'm sure it's happened to many more). She was finally able to locate a phone number for them (940-365-0089) but was getting the runaround.

Did you pay with a credit card? If you are unable to resolve the issue with LSS, you should be able to call your credit company and dispute the charge so they'll refund the amount paid to you. Also, I would suggest you file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Here's a link to their online form:

I called the number that the other answer provided and did get to speak to someone. My order was placed on August 22, 2006 and I hadn't received either of the two magazines I subscribed to at that time. When I talked with someone, they said that the order had just been sent to the publishers on February 28 of this year and that it would take a while for the magazines to arrive.

I'm a bit surprised and a little more that skeptical that it took them over six months to process the order.... I think I smell a rat...

I will be glad to keep you up-to-date with what happens... I'm just glad I found the receipt.
