No pigs do not have kidneys they have sump pumps not unlike the ones you see in basements when they flood..As the water level in a pig gets too high it kicks in and pumps all the water out. Otherwise the pig would explode. The only problem pigs have is they cant go far from the stye. Otherwise they would need longer extension cords to run the sum pump

all mammals have practically the same organs apart from different stomachs

kidneys are basic equipment ,everybody got kidneys ,chickens ,dogs,pigs,people etc

for some people pigs kidneys are a delicacy
