8-12 breastfeedings a day. Don't watch the clock, watch the baby to know when to feed her. Feedings usually fall within every 2-3 hours, but babies sometimes want to eat after only 1 hour and sometimes will hit a good sleepy spell for 4 hours. To know how long to feed, again, watch the baby and not the clock. Stop feeding when she's no longer rooting or sucking easily.
If you're feeding artificially, don't push her to finish a certain amount. Babies need to regulate their own level of fullness (as they do with breastfeeding) and being stuffed helps lead to childhood and adult obesity.
Sorry, I answered more than what you asked for but I hope it helps!

Some babies feed every 4 hours, some feed every 1/2 hour. Mine fed every hour for the first few months (breastfed). I don't ever believe in scheduling babies feeds, just go with the flow. They know when they are hungry.

With both of my girls I let them tell me when they wanted feeding, I prefer to demand feed than to try to set a time for them to feed. They will soon let you know when they are hungry as I guess you already know! mine fed about every 3-4 hours and then started to drop the night feed at about 8 weeks old.

As often as you can get them to feed. If you are breastfeeding it's really important to nurse as often as you can to make sure you keep up a good milk supply. As far as bottle feeding, try every two to four hours. Regardless of how you are feeding them, they are very sleepy and don't stay awake long enough to eat very much. That's why you have to feed them so often.
Good luck !

This is only for breastfed babies.
You have 40 days to feed your baby whenever she/he is awake. In 15 min,in 2 hours..etc.If the baby is awake for couple of hours you may feed more than1 or 2 times. As mach as the baby wants.

As many as he or she needs. Usually about 3oz every 2 hours or so going a little longer at night time. At that age my daughter ate between 7-9 bottles a day.
