I hate taking pills or liquids. Is there anything else I can do, like any techniques or excersices to stop cramps. I can't do too much cause I feel sick, and weak.

Get a heating pad, that helps with cramps. If you weren't weak, I would consider exercising or taking a walk. How about taking a hot bath, that will help too. Wear loose fitting clothes. Other then that, there isn't much you can do. Even if you hate taking meds, I would in this situation. I suffer from bad cramps; so bad I sometimes can't leave the house or go to work. I take Mortin or Advil, it really helps. You should consider it, there is no reason to suffer.

OK. Well the best pill i have ever taken is midol. But you need to eat before you take medicine, because it will leave you sick and weak. If midol doesnt help you, then you need to contact a doctor, and see if he/she has any information on what to do. I am not a doctor, so i cant tell you what is best and what isnt. But i hope you get rid of them cramps, cause they some lil. devils.

go and talk to your mom, if not her any adult around you. call them if you need to and you no longer live at home. I know they would be totally supportive and be able to help you out the most. I love grandmas for this stuff. They allways have great ideas cus there were no pills when they had to go threw all of this. A hot pad or warm bath should help though too.
