You need to get a referral from your primary care physician and he (she) will direct you to where to go

You will have to be referred by a medical doctor. You can't order it yourself. Maybe seeing the gastroenterologist and paying their specialty prices will get you in but why? Just see an MD. If you are over 50 or have family history of problems or are having symptoms the ins. co. will pay for it. Good luck. they will tell you where and when and how to prep which is the worst part of the whole thing.
