My older cousin is in her 40's and dresses up like a guy and her hair is short and styled like a man's. Every relative in the family asumes she is a lesbian, but she never says anything about it. Either she's ashamed or just not telling so nobody will look down on her. Her mom (My favorit aunt) I'm a girl by the way and 22. Is beautiful. And I'll admit, my cousin is not attractive in any way.

Has she ever been in a relationship with a man that anyones knows of. From the way you describe her i would definitely have to say there is a huge possiblity that she is gay. does she have any close friends. You should ask her if you really wnat to know. Or just ask her questions until you think you have your answer. Ask her questions like when is she going to go on a date with a man. tell her she is to nice and pretty to be alone. tell her you know this man about her age and you think she should give him a chance. Did she grow up being a tomboy. maybe she did and thats the only way she knows how to dress and present her self. in that case all she needs is a lil guidence to the womens clothing section and a lil help pickin out somethig that would work for her. anyways good luck. hope you find your answer.

You: Hey, Aunt, Sup?
Aunt: Hey.
You: So, you being lesbian these days?
Aunt: What the hell?!
You: Well are you...?
Aunt: Uhm...

*silence*

Let this conversation be the starter. Ask straight out, but not in a foolish kind of way that makes her feel like she's being cornered. More like an understanding, but fresh and cool like it doesn't matter way.

lol =] hope this helps. and she's ur aunt. u being beautiful doesn't make a difference. Okay, it might freak me out a little, but if she is a lesbian think of her as an uncle. lmao... no seriously. hahaha... respect her anyhow.

I would not assume any one's sexual orientation based on their appearance. Me being a lesbian myself I know that many people wouldn't assume that I am gay because I look like everyone else and I do not walk around with pride flags or any other identifying symbols. Maybe your Aunt likes to keep her personal life personal. I mean after all who a person chooses to love doesn't make them less of a human being does it?

Does she have a man or did she have a man? If she is never with a man then its a dead giveaway. All girls need some, either from a man or woman. So if no man around, then must be a woman that never comes around for the obvious reason. She doesn't think the family will except that lifestyle.

I have a male cousin that some of of my family question about his sexuality. First off, looks don't matter. I mean what difference does it make what you look like. Secondly, if you are unsure ask her. But, is her sexuality a determining factor on how you will relate to her? I mean she is human, and she will live her life regardless of how you feel about it. You just need to accept that.

well i dont think you should assume anyone of being a lesbian. i would just go out and ask her. If thats seems okward then well since you love her mom so much ask her mom (her mom should know).

Hope that helps!

Possibly
U can't assume go ask her
u can't jump to conclusions
Some people like dressing that way cause they are comfortable.
ask instead of making assumptions
U could be wrong

Have you ever heard her talk about dating any men? Have you ever heard of her dating anyone? Do her friends seem strange? does she shave her arm pits or legs?

She could be lesbian, or going through a britney spears phase!

shes not attractive in any way? maybe your not the attractive one, with the way it sounds your personality is Sh** and you may want to think about what you just said. Maybe she is and doesnt want to say anything to your family because they are all just as superficial as you make yourself out to be. i wear guys clothes, my hair is short, im straight. And my personality is a winner compared to yours. Maybe you should think about what you just typed to hundreds of people about a member of your family because your to neglegent to think its none of your business anyway. Not attractive in any way? Your not a nice person.

wow; thats tuff. do no longer make any direct conclusions because of the fact in case you confront her asserting she is she could get injury. ask her what kidn of boys shes into and say you opt for boy help and notice if she says she doesnt date men or soemthing.
