ok, i am looking for a really cute dress...the kinds i am looking for are really popular right now, they are kinda poofy and go to your knees...kinda like baby doll or little girl dresses, only they are made for teens/women...if you have a link or know of a good store i can get one of these from for CHEAP (im broke lol) PLEASE PLEASE let me know...

oh o.k. I found some REALLY cute dresses that were REALLY cheap at forever 21. But make sure you look through everything cause some of the best things are hidden.
