Tankless by far
A tankless system will give you an endless hot water supply. Where as a water heater will run out. you do not have to adjust the water temp by moving the faucet handles. The trick to tankless is to get use to opening the hot water all the way because as long as you set the water temp with the remote thermostat it will not get any hotter or colder.

I bought a house with a tankless water heater, the temperature fluctuates frequently while showering. I am not impressed with it at all. I never had any problems with the standards.

the tankless technology last longer is far more efficient and cuts your energy bill and costs more, but not that much. wouldn't dream of having another tank. just make it big enough and this should be installed by a trustworthy bonded plumber like the guy on this old house.

tankless are a better choice... its not going to rust out, and its more efficient, plus they take up a lot less space.... standard ones run more since the water's temperature isnt going to stay the same inside the tank.... here is a link to one my company sells... will give you more info one ....notice how it states "Meets National Appliance Energy Conservation Act" they are the way to go for sure..
