I am debating with some people about these topics. What is the correct answers to these questions:

Should you use a new towel everyday or can you use the same towel for a couple of days?

Should you wash your feet with your hands or let the soap that runs off your body and that falls on the floor, clean them (unless they are really dirty)?

These are serious questions so please help me.

If you can use a clean towel each day, i'd say go for it. If you run out of towels then it's o.k. to use the same one twice. You need to wash your feet. They won't get clean if you just let the soap run on them. You gotta wash those puppies!!

I keep a towel in the bathroom until I need to replace it. This usually depends what it is getting used for. Sometimes my kids wipe there dirty mouth on it and I replace it everyday. Yet if it was just me using it I would probably let it go a couple of drying sessions. In terms of washing my feet. I usually let the soapy water clean them but once a week or so i clean them better and now and then I will use a pumice on them.

If you are using the towel and no one else, you can use the same towel for a couple of days. Even hotels are asking guests that stay several nights if they want "fresh" towels and they suggest that you use them for a few nights to help them conserve water for the planet.

Feet- if you are standing in pooled water, your feet are getting cleaned, but it's best to get a shower brush and scrub your feet with the brush and dry your feet well afterwards.

I use a towel for showering and a hand towel for the sink activity (shaving, hand wash, etc.

The towel I use for showering will get used for 3 days. I mean we get out of the shower clean, right? The hand towel is replaced every two days, or every day depending on the usage.

As for feet - they get wash by hand every day just like everything else.

The towels...you can do either! Whatever you feel more comfortable with...ME I use them for about 2 days then I throw them in the dirty clothes hamper.

Feet...WASH YOUR FEET! I took an advanced microbiology class! If you even knew all the germs that are on your body (including your feet) You'd never come out of the shower! Imagine all the dust bunnies and dirt particles from outside..EWW! Just wash your feet like you wash the rest of your body.

As long as no one else uses it...I will personally use a towel a couple of days...for the most part I will wash my feet with a wash cloth (I for the most part take a bath)....but when I shower...there have been times that I have just let the soapy water run down.

I think a new towel every day is best, but it wont hurt if you use it say, two times- just dont share. I wash my feet in the shower just like I wash everything else.
