Im drinking lots of water, quit smoking, and trying to improve myself overall...Im 34, work in construction and I could really use some more energy...besides the obvious of getting more sleep, and eating right, is there any supplements I could take that would help? .........thanks in advance....

I would recommend you start taking Spirulina. It's high protein content makes for a fairly stable energy source without crashing, plus it helps cleanse & detox the body. It's full of good stuff.
Kudos on trying to improve yourself. It's never too late to start.

It is not necessary for You to take Multivitamins if Your diet is adequate. The "colored" urine You discharge after taking vitamins it a sure sign that Your body is working well. Do You really need to take a supplement? Or is Your diet the problem? What other factors are presenting that You have not mentioned? Health history? When was Your last Medical Examination? BS? BAP? I would go to the Doctor and get Him to run You over the pits for a complete servicing. Cheers.

A standard one a day multivitamin should be enough

Most of the too much stuff you just P it out

Important, as it can take care of trace elements (like zinc and selenium) that you need and may not get in enough amounts in a regular diet

I would highly recommend you go and read this site http://www.juiceplus.com/+es17918 nothing can come close to the health benefits of this in my opinion.

it can't hurt and fish oil is very inportant to take also, maybe more so than the multi vitamin
