well to answer before I know your age or the style of your hair I will first let you know that if you wear makeup the best way to make your face look long instaed of chubby is to wear your eye shadow up instaed of straight across you don't need to fill your eyes completely with eye shadow and you blush shoud start fron inward and go out not from the sucking in your cheeks and the appling just let you face relax and go from the inner of your nose out.If you have long hair then you should either get some cut off because the longer your hair the more it covers your face try wearing your hair up sometimed when appying make up you get a much better look and you should go as natural as possible the more make up you waer the more you face looks round and chubby.The clothes make a big difference in your face as well always wear your clothes away from your face never wear a turtle neck or anything tight around your neck keep the clothes away from your face as much as possible.hopefully I have given you something to try and to think about the next time you wear your make-up and get dressed thanks

Try a new haircut, pulling your hair up to make the neck look longer and face look slimmer, or slight contouring with makeup.

Use bronzer on your cheek bones,it makes the face appear slimmer.
