some superstition i heard about not sleeping with your head pointed North becuz dead bodies are buried with their heads pointing North. just out of curiosity guys! thas all.

Different culture's have directions for the head to be facing when they are buried.. East is a direction favoured by quite a few as this is the direction of sunrise.. In my local cemetery all the heads are facing West... I think that followers of Islam are buried with their heads pointed towards Mecca.. I am not sure as to the direction though... Blessed Be...

Sorry, never heard that one before. In most of the cemeteries in my area (that I can think of anyway), the graves are pointing east and west. Some heads pointing east and others pointing west.

Creepy superstition though. Luckily I sleep with my head toward the south!!!

I have heard the superstition about not sleeping with you feet pointing directly out the door as that's the way they carry out the dead but nothing about directions.
