how do i put a picture onto Microsoft Word and get the words to go around it?

right click on the picture, click format picture, then layout, and choose square.

You shoud insert picture (File-Insert-Picture from File). Then -Format picture-Layout-In fron of the txt. This will allow you to move the picture easilly on the whole document. Then use WordArt (smaller fonts) to write your text and fix it around the picture. You could use one or more instances of WordArt depending on needs
