Hi,

It depends on the file you are watching.

If its a streaming video you cannot download.
If its a link playing in a media player you can right click and save as file.

You also have options like download accelerators which can download the movies from the url from that page.

Programs Like DAP, IDMAN can help.

copy the page link and paste it in http://keepvid.com/ and you will get a downloadable video link.
save to your hard disk then use a free player to play your videos.
