Sure, why not. Maybe they could use the money to get some professional help in being a better human being. Some people can change if there is someone kind enough to show them the way to a more loving world.

no i wouldnt because i hate it when people try to be friends with you when they want something from you. if i had 200 million dollars i would buy a nice house, 2 new cars, put a huge amount into my sons account, put a huge amount in my account and share the rest with my family and my true friends. i know who they are.

HELL NO!!! but I do know what i'd do....
1st I'd rejoice
2nd I'd put it away in a safe place
3nd I'd sleep
4th I'd eat
5th I'd sleep more
6th I'd forget i won it/thought i'd dreamt it
7th think about it for awhile
8th sleep
9th eat
10th ....I'd fingure something out....most likely save it up for college or to move to Europe or both..... 0>:}<

i dont think i would, i would probly give alot to charity, and pay bills, and go on a vacation with my kids
