Depends on your time. How much are you at home or away. If you are home a lot, a dog is great. If you are gone most of the day, a cat is good. Rodents,fish, frogs, most reptiles are good for any type of schedule. Birds need an hour or two (or more) of interaction every day. Horses require a lot of time. dogs are ok if you aren't home during the day after you train them. they need a good bit of attn. at first, but less as they get older. Ferrets are pretty good pets too. they are like small weasle-like dogs.

a dog is the best pet to own because its fun to play with and keep u company but takes lots of responsibility if u dont like to take care of them then get a beta/fighting fish

the best? depends on the person, how much time they have to give the pet the cost involved etc.
the easiest pet would be the pet rock. all others require lots of time energy and cash

It depends on how far you are willing to go. High Mantience = Exotic pets. Lovely Lovers BFF = Dogs and cats. Not that much work = Gerbils, lizards and fish.

defiantly dogs and horses=D
(Siberian Huskies to be exact)
and any horse really when you ride you just forget all your problems
