I can't tell from your question if you are not currently ovulating or you aren't ovulating at all. If you aren't ovulating at all you could very well have PCOS which requires medical attention.

Since you weren't specific I'll give you a very general answer and hope that's what you are looking for.

Ovulating is the key component in getting pregnant. Without ovulation there is no egg to be fertilized which means there will be no resulting pregnancy from sex.

If you do ovulate, you simply haven't ovulated yet, you should consider when timing days for sexual activity that if conditions are right, and sperm can get inside the cervix, they can survive for up to a week Occasionally, I find references to sperm surviving up to 10 days, but I think this is extremely rare. During non-fertile times of the cycle sperm will only live for a few hours in the normally acidic environment in the vagina. Sperm need an alkaline environment to survive. Semen, menstrual fluids and fertile mucus all provide a safer environment for the sperm to survive in, all are alkaline in nature. The vagina is naturally acidic.

Technically no. However, generally women ovulate in the very middle of their cycle (farthest away from their periods) and this is when they get pregnant. But, everyone is different and some women ovulate at different times or even twice a month so it hard to say when exactly you ovulate without a test or monitoring it closely so some women have gotten pregnant while even on their period but this isn't extremely common. When you are trying to conceive it is generally advised to have sex on the few days before you ovulate as well as on that day, since sperm can survive inside of a woman longer than an egg can. So depending on how long the sperm lasts, if you have sex anywhere near the time of ovulation (particularly before but after also) there is a chance of pregnancy. That's why anytime you have unprotected sex there is a chance of pregnancy. Hope this helps!

You can not get pregnant if you are not ovulating. Just don't ever assume you're not. Some women have very irregular ovulation times. I, myself, only ovulate about once a year or so, because I have problems. Some women who think they can't, do sometimes. Some women who are on clockwork schedules, will suddenly go off schedule. If you're trying NOT to get pregnant, like I said, never assume you aren't ovulating at any given time. Even during your period. Nature does freaky things sometimes. And sperm can live in the body for up to three days, so even if you aren't ovulating TODAY, you might in a day or two, and you can get pregnant then.

Eggs could still be in your fallopian tubes from your last ovulation, if you have not had your period yet. And if not, sperm can live inside the woman for around 5 days, which will usually be long enough for you to have started ovulating again. If you are concerned, then I would do a home test. It's better to find out sooner than later since you might need prenatal pills and folic acid. Wish you well!

You can if you had sex 1-2 days before ovulating. It is still argued how long sperm "lives" in women`s body. Some doctors say 24 hours, others 48 h and some 72h.
From my own experience,i got pregnant when had sex 1 1/2 days before the ovulating.

Well not technically. But sperm can survive in you for about five days give or take. You can basically get pregnant during approximately seven days but its all dependent on your body and when you ovulate. Your egg is only viable for 12-24 hours so five days before you ovulate and about 2 days after you could get pregnant (all dependent on your body and your ovulation) due to the fact that you could drop more than one egg.

YES!!! The egg can take several days to a week to travel through the falopian tubes to the uterus. Most women's breasts get tender during ovulation, that is an early warning that their period is coming in about a week to 10 days. Some women have even reported getting pregnant during their period. The safest time to have intercourse is the week following your period. Even that is not error-proof. You are ALWAYS better off using a form of birth-control.
Hope that was not more than you wanted to know.

If you are not ovulating then you can't get pregnant... Ovulation- the releasing of the egg must happen... If you think you aren't ovulating, they can give you low doses of hormones (similar to those found in birthcontrol) that will cause you to ovulate... these also increase your chances of multiple births.
