Yes, but you never know, if the chef works out a lot. But I don't think I've ever seen a skinny chef who cooked well...good advice

No- my grandmother was always thin, but she was an EXCELLENT cook! She stayed thin by being a "grazer"- she would eat little nibbles all during the day, to keep the metabolism going.....
