Okay...it was kind of hard to understand what you were trying to say....but from what I gather, you're in love with someone overseas who only calls you once a week and who is jobless and living in otherwise poor conditions. I wouldn't bust his balls for only calling you once a week. Overseas phone calls are very expensive, and if he doesn't have a job...$10 a phone call adds up real quick. Maybe you two should try writing letters. That way, it's cheaper...and you can take your time and think about everything you want to say and don't forget anything. Also, they're wonderful keepsakes...and when you're in a long distance relationship, it's nice to have something from your significant other to hold.
Just a thought.

Trust is very important in a relationship. If he is abroad, he'll call when he can. Don't wait around for it. Live life and when he calls it will be a nice surprise. If he loves you, it will all come together. Waiting around for the phone to ring makes it sound like you've stopped your life and that your desperate. I hope that you won't think I'm being mean, I just think it sounds like he really was sorry he couldn't call you more often. Good luck girl

Get a pen, paper and a stamp and write him. Long distance relationships abroad is hard to deal with. Let him know that you will be writing to him constantly and once a month the two of you can have telephone conversations. If he doesn't respond then you know he has moved on.

Well all i know is that that situation sucks. It would seem to me that if he was nuts about you that he'd do whatever it took to talk to you, even if that meant getting another job to pay for his phone calls to you. I'm not sure but he doesn't sound like he's that into you. :( Sorry.

It is very hard to handle a long distance romance. Alot could be happening in his life. Its hard to keep alive like that. You cannot push love. If he continues to do this you know what to do..forget him
