Depends on the new firm. Do you think you could be happy there? Are there opportunities for advancement? Would it be a stepping stone for bigger and better things in the future? Could you do the job? If so, then the extra money would be worth taking a risk and going for the new job.
Just keep in mind that the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence, so don't expect perfection! Obviously, if you are looking at this opportunity, something is not perfect with your current job.
Only you can make the decision if you are ready to take the risk.

I don't thing it is a good idea to leave one company for another strictly for the money. That is a big pay increase, but if you are happy where you are, it might not be the best move. On the other hand, $20,000 is a huge pay raise. If it is a good opportunity and you feel that you would enjoy working at the other firm, it would certainly be worth consideration. Ultimately, you are the only one who knows what you really want to do and what is best for you. Good luck.

If the company that is offering 20K more and is a good solid company I would go for it. If you know others who work for the company talk to them and ask how they like it. Just make sure the company is not unstable and in financial trouble. I had a friend who left a 40K job for a 60K job that lasted only a few weeks until the company went bankrupt

Being happy on the job is more of a choice you make, so you will likely be just as happy, with a better standard of living.
Go for it!
