Well the only ones who don't have a difficult life are the dead. So difficulties we all face as human beings and it's true for all living creatures in life is normal. They just are a means and measurement as to how we can grow up and mature in life. Some of those things we thought once were difficult are easier. Some never grow out of that difficulty. While other areas of life are a breeze.
Who made life so difficult? We do ourselves. Find a way to make it easier and grow from it. Once you've gained that knowledge, pass it on to someone else facing the same or similar difficulty.

You did, my friend. With your negative outlook. Just the fact that you characterized life as "difficult" instead of "such a glorious challenge" is revealing. Your thoughts are units of energy that affect your universe. If every time you have a negative thought, you make a conscious effort to turn it into a positive thought, you are ahead of the game. If you then go on to turn that positive thought into a positive action, you have just made a deposit in the bank of life. Life will get easier. The things you want will happen to you, the more you practice this. The other piece of advice I have is that when you are having a good moment in your life, when everything is just right, or nearly so, NOTICE IT. Realize what is happening and take a moment to savor it and give thanks(to who or whatever). Always remember how much worse things could be and how much better off you are than so many people at this very moment in time and your difficulties will not seem so daunting. Ok, one more. Never believe anyone when they tell you that you are bad or ugly or stupid or ...... Love yourself.

Human beings and our general self-interested way to live life. If people truly went out on a limb to help one another stress would go down, poverty will be gone, countries would unite yet keep allegiances to culture and violence would cease on a grand scale. So in answer to your question: let's get up and each look in the mirror. We can't survive without other humans. Even if you think you're tough and mentally capable of handling anything the world throws at you, you won't survive without some type of social contact whether online or not.

Heck, if life was easy, imagine how many more dim wits we'd all have to deal with. A tougher life tends to cull out the slower runners.
But to answer your question, No one made life this difficult. There's no one to blame. Life is what it is. Buck up. We've got it made compared to our ancestors.

WE ALL make life much more difficult than it ever need be--by always questioning and analyzing and over-analyzing everything that happens and everything we do.
We all would be far better off if we simply lived our lives with only a modicum of reflection and planning, instead of constantly trying to pick it all apart.

Who cares. How will knowing that help you with your lifes problems? You should ask yourself how will I make my life easier not who made it so difficult.

Glory be and behold, one thing i've learned in all these years is not to make love when you really don't feel it; there's probably nothing worse you can do to yourself than that while considering that, well... lest ye shall not forget, Gödel gave a formal demonstration of the inadequacy of formal demonstrations.

I don't know, but it is really pretty incredible. No matter which choices you make, you will always have problems. To me it is just another thing that indicates this life is something more than just the sum of our daily activities.

we did. the fact that humans question. how we, by nature, wonder why instead of accept. life is difficult, it seemed so simple when you were young: eat sleep and be merry. now there are other things, now you question your own believes and the society you grew up in. it is difficuly because it is always changing.

Sometimes we make life difficult by ourselves by making bad choices, other times it is out of our hands. Life happens and it isn't always pleasant and we can't always control our circumstances.
