Use a memory stick to transfer the files...

transfer with cd, flash drive, external hd of old files

or if you have purchased songs I think u can access and re-download by relogging on to your itunes account

download your Ipod contents to your new PC...if more files are in your PC...you can burn it in a CD or copy it to a USB stick, then copy them to your new PC.
