What is wrong with this baby, she is 8 months old and has thrown up last nites dinner, breast milk and her lunch, she was however able to hold down breakfest and some water-so far. She doesn't have a fever and is active when not being sick, she pooped only once but was a runny messy one. Any suggestions would help. She is also pulling one ear-I think that is probably teething thing, that has been a constant for a couple days.

please go to her pediatric and ask, u will never know what is actually wrong with her, it could be serious which i pray not. If her doctor couldnt give u good explanation, get a second opinion. Its good to know for sure.
