Race may be a factor. He's the first Indian-American to ever make it this far on Idol. I'm sure there are plenty of Indians/South Asians voting for him. Anyway, he seems like a nice kid, and he can sing. He just needs to project more confidence when he's out there.

The anti idol people enjoy keeping the bad ones on so they've picke Sanjaya as the worst one to get votes for him.

All the little boys who watch voted for Sanjaya. Man I guarantee he will be locked up in the next ten years for child molestation. He is so stange. That guy is the gayest person on the show. He is a lot gayer than AJ. I had a lot of mixed feelings after watching him perform the other night. I felt like less of a man, I felt the need to shower, I felt the need to call my little cousin make sure he was in bed, I felt the need to check under my bed before I layed down, and felt the need to just straight up watch some NFL tapes. That dude is messed up

Because he is a cutie, he can sing, he just needs to get a little more confidence, and besides that Melinda or Lakisha will win so it doesn't matter who gets voted off right now!

I think I know why. The first time I saw him I really liked him. He reminded me of a young Michael Jackson. Which then kinda freaked me out, and I'm not really a fan of his anymore. But...I think some people like him b/c he is like a young Michael...so sweet...;)

AJ, on the other hand, is an excellent singer, even Simon said so himself. Tonight was not fair...America did not vote right.
